CONTROL

  • Use an internationally-recognised management system to effectively control the reduction of our environmental impact to our net zero target.

  • Through training and communication ensure that the corporate culture supports our ESG values and enables the team to support delivery of our goals.

  • Through proactive partnership relationships work along the value chain, from our suppliers to our clients, to deliver shared sustainability objectives.

  • Identify research opportunities and innovate solutions.

  • Implement scheduled reviews to maintain and refresh our ESG vision and deliver continual improvement.

ENVIRONMENTAL

  • Use a management system certificated to BS EN ISO14001:2015 and externally audited to actively drive a reduction in our environmental every year.

  • Work within our areas of control to deliver a net zero carbon impact, to improve air quality, and to maximise resource utilisation through minimising and managing plastic and other waste streams.

  • Work within our areas of influence to source products, deliver services, and adopt working practices that support our environmental targets and objectives.

SOCIAL

  • Support the physical and mental wellbeing of our staff through fair pay, flexible workplace practices and a positive, purpose-driven working environment.

  • Work within our community by being a considerate neighbour with our working practices and contributing positively through fundraising initiatives.

  • Select partners within our supply chain based on their social and environmental management practices.

GOVERNANCE

  • Continue to run the business in a participatory, consensus-oriented, accountable, transparent, responsive, efficient, equitable and inclusive way

  • Apply management systems that ensure the Group identifies and complies with all relevant legislation.
